Annual Owners’ Meeting
Each spring, the owners of member companies meet for a few days at attractive locations around the country to compare financials, hear from industry experts, and share recent challenges and successes. A highlight of each meeting is Michael Barnes’ State of the Industry presentation. Others in the industry pay big bucks to hear Michael’s insights at the prestigious Barnes Buchanan conference each year. ESTA members get to experience Michael up close and personal! One of the Barnes Associates financial analysts also attend our Owners’ Meetings to lead the discussion on the members’ financial benchmarking results. Annual Operations Meeting
Each fall Operations Managers, Sales Managers, and other key staff members gather for two days to discuss the challenges they face in the daily operations of their companies.
