Sunday

• Tournament games during the afternoon (games TBD)
• Reception in the evening beginning at 6:30pm
• Dinner on your own

Monday – Dinner Selection (Please respond by April 1st)

We will split into two groups based on preference:

Option 1: Chef’s Cooking Experience

A hands-on culinary class led by the hotel’s culinary team. We will break into small groups, with each group preparing a portion of the selected menu under guided instruction.

Limited to 30 participants (adults only), so please sign up early.

Option 2: Hotel Dinner

Dinner at the hotel prepared by their amazing culinary team (menu to be determined).

Please send your preferred option to info@estassociation.org by April 1st.

Tuesday

Our banquet dinner will be held at Wash House Restaurant in the Lodge Room at 6:30pm.

Golf at Lakewood Golf Club

The renowned Lakewood Golf Club offers 36 championship holes along the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail.

Fishing Excursions

A private captain departs directly from the hotel. The boat accommodates up to 6 guests, and tours book quickly.
