ESTA Dues

ESTA dues are billed quarterly and there is a sliding scale dues structure, based on the size of your company.

Number of Employees & Cost of Dues
0-10 . . . $300 per quarter
11-24 . . . $400 per quarter
25 & over . . . $500 per quarter

Thanks to our purchasing partners, your dues can be reduced ……or Free!

Through our partnerships with WESCO and ADI – the two leading distributors of electronic security products – we are able to offer members a rebate on their dues, based on the amount of their purchases.

WESCO – a long-time supporter of ESTA’s mission and programs – provides us with a rebate of 2% on our quarterly purchases. We are pleased to be able to pass along 1% of that amount to members in the form of a dues rebate. For example, if a company ordered $50,000 worth of product from WESCO in one quarter, they would receive a $500 credit on their dues (some restrictions apply on certain products).

ADI – became an ESTA purchasing partner in 2023 and we appreciate their support! ADI pays ESTA a 1% rebate on qualified purchases and we are pleased to pass along half of that amount in the form of a dues rebate. For example, if a company ordered $50,000 worth of product from ADI in one quarter, they would receive a $250 credit towards their dues (some restrictions apply on certain products).

Purchasing rebates are calculated quarterly and will be applied to your dues amount in the following quarter. There are some stipulations on both rebate programs which will be explained to new members.

One stipulation is that invoices must be paid on time or rebates DO NOT APPLY.

You can participate in both . . . You can get max credit by participating in both programs; HOWEVER, your total dues rebate may not exceed the total cost of your dues per quarter. Also, rebates cannot be carried over to the next quarter or paid in cash.
